1) Your Name
2) Your contact number
3) Your mailing address
4) The item/s code
Please note that incomplete information will result in delaying our confirmation and delivery process.
Acknowledgment of orders
Once we received your orders and confirm that the items that you've order are available, a confirmation email will be sent to you and advise you on the payment.
Payment Method
We accept Funds Transfer via internet banking or ATM to our POSB/DBS savings account.
Confirmation of orders
We'll send an email to you once we've received your payment and will proceed to place your order with our suppliers for shipment to Singapore. Please note that the shipment will takes at least 7-10 working days.Once your items arrives, we'll mail out to you within 1-3 working days.
Postage charges
Normal mail
If you choose this, your items will be mailed to you via normal mail. Your item will be place in your letter box. Please ensure there is sufficient space for the postman to deposit. Japanwawa Curtains will not be liable to any damage or lost mail.
Registered Mail
If you choose this, your items will be mailed to you at your doorstep. A registered number will be issued for easy tracing and tracking of your parcel. In case of any unsuccessful or non-receiving of your items, we'll be able to trace and track down your missing items.

Once we received your booking order, we will proceed to place a reservation order with our supplier.
You are NOT required to make any payment for your booking.
Once your item/s has been re-stock, we'll inform you via email or sms to make your payment.
However, if you wish to cancel your booking, you may do so and we will not penalise you.
